St. Charles Urgent Care is staffed by board-certified Emergency Medicine Physicians and highly experienced Physician Assistants who are trained exclusively in Emergency Medicine. We provide on-site laboratory and X-ray services in a brand new, state-of-the-art facility.

Complete Urgent Care Services
St. Charles Urgent Care provides complete Urgent Care services for easy access to walk-in care with no appointment needed to the residents of St. Charles Parish and the surrounding areas. We treat a wide range of illnesses, from sore throats and sinus problems to broken bones and sprains. We treat adults, children, and infants 6 months and older and accept most major insurances as well as Medicare. Open seven days per week, our clinic offers extended hours for the convenience of our patients.
We know you are busy, and our goal is to get you in and out of the clinic as efficiently as possible. You don’t need an appointment and we are always available to help with your health care needs. Specialty Services
St. Charles Urgent Care offers several specialty services for your health care needs. Our clinic provides full digital X-ray services with our modern radiology suite. Images are interpreted in real-time by a Board Certified Radiologist. Our full-time radiology technologists are always on hand to provide onsite quality digital X-Ray imaging.
For broken bones and sprains, we offer complete casting and splinting services in our larger Orthopedic treatment suite. Some of our other specialty services include suturing of lacerations and foreign body removal (including foreign body in the eye). We also offer EKG diagnostic services for a rapid, painless evaluation of your heart. EKG results help our providers to differentiate serious causes of chest pain and elevations in blood pressure.
Onsite Point of Care Laboratory Testing
Point of care lab results are vital to delivering quality health care. To assist with our diagnostic evaluation, our clinic offers a wide range of on-site laboratory studies. These include urinalysis, influenza swabs, and rapid strep screening. These are collected at the bedside and processed right in the clinic. Our clinicians gain access to the results in real-time so that informed decisions can be made about your clinical diagnosis and treatment. This saves time and allows you to get your results within minutes of the sample being collected. More specialized lab testing is offered through a partnership with Labcorp for onsite collection of blood samples should you require more complex testing.
Occupational Medicine
Our clinic offers services designed to keep your business moving with no appointments needed. We treat work-related injuries including falls, lacerations, bone fractures, sprains, and burns, as well as a multitude of minor traumatic injuries. In addition, we offer foreign body removal (including injuries of the eye). When an injury occurs on the job, your company will benefit from on-site drug testing in addition to the treatment of the injury.
Our drug testing program is operated through a trusted partnership with Labcorp, and your company will have results often on the same day of the injury. Our goal is to offer the best value and convenience to you as an employer and for your work-force needs. Other services at St. Charles Urgent Care include pre-employment physicals, job related visual testing, and audiometry. We continually work with you to better service your company and employees, and we offer one-on-one consultations to better adapt to your goals and work-force needs.
